No business ethics & no respect for customers

I’m utterly disgusted by the service at the Ghandi square branch I had arrived at the store at 15:23 placed an order at 15:25 for 2 lasagne’s one chicken one meat for take & bake literally waited 25mins for it literally at 15:46 I asked the cashier who was assisting us what the delay was regarding our order as my husband is a paramedic & is working night shift & hasn’t slept the whole day she had the nerve to ask me “Do you have cheese at your house?” Instead of telling me that I’d have to add cheese on if I were to choose the take and bake...I am annoyed to the point that she had no audacity to inform me like a human matters worse the lady who I initially asked ignored me after giving her my order number & walked away. The business ethic at this branch is utterly disgusting & I don’t foresee myself buying here again!!!
