NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS!

I went to Shop-62, Rose Avenue, Lenasia Romans Pizza on Sunday with my family. My 2 children needed to use the bathroom but there's no bathroom for customers and the manager Levy tried to assist but wouldn't let me accompany my kids to the staff toilet. He also mentioned that he would only let them in if I agree that should anything happen to them the company would not be held responsible if I refused he won't allow them to go in. Also while we were awaiting our order, we were seated outside but we were called in to get our order they didn't serve it to us because a cashier who was assisting us Babe was working alone. How is it that there's no bathroom for customers?
