Newcastle Romans is pathetic

Newcastle branch is absolutely pathetic, I ordered 3 large pizzas and the lady said it would be 45 minutes, 1 hour later I phoned and the lady said the driver was only just leaving the store. She never said that they were busy when I phoned in my order. She simply said that I would receive my order within 45 minutes. Even when doing an in store order and collection they are very slow and not friendly.
