New market romans ignoring customers

I went to Roman’s Pizza with my husband today new market branch and had the most disgusting experience . My husband ordered the R200 for 3 pizza special and we had to wait more than 45 minutes for the our pizza whilst the people we came after us got theirs before us more than 10 people .My husband noticed this and asked the lady who was giving out the pizzas as to why we waited for so long and the lady who was handing out the pizzas flat out ignored and looked away and smirked . I understand the store is busy because of the promotion but if you accidentally miss someone’s pizza have the decency to apologise and inform them of human error which we all commit. That lady’s rude attitude really put me off had to cancel our order and drive all the way to park rand romans to order the very same pizza … utterly disappointed.buying pizza shouldn’t feel like pulling out teeth. Shame on new market Roman’s Pizza.
