NEVER answers the phone.

First of all i want to say we really love the pizza... only problem is they every time we phone we dont get answer. Last night was the last straw.. we phoned from before 19;00 untill past 21:00... the website says they close at 22:00 so we were wasting time and airtime for over 2 hours. We have been there and while we are waiting in line the phone rings and no one answers. So we didn't eat last night out of anger... This is very unprofessional and unpleasant.
