Negligence bad customer service

Yesterday I bought their pizza special at Romans pizza Kloof accompanied by a 25lt Pepsi, that I didn't get. I ordered via uber eats. I called the store to check the lady who answered said she will call me back she will check. Indeed she called telling me the 2lt Pepsi is with them she apologized, she said she will send a driver. After few minutes she calls again telling me I should claim it from uber eats because they gave the guy the drink he didn't take it, asked why is she changing the story now. She told me they can't come to me that's why, that was it. After getting a pizza that wasn't appetizing as if it was thrown to the box. They have a bad customer service

I wrote an email to customer service no response, I'm still going to take this further until they teach their staff discipline.
