Neelsie Centre, Stellenbosch

I probably bought from them once or twice, but I hear a lot from friends, and see even more when walking past there to get into the Neelsie. COVID-19 non-compliance: 1. Overcrowded kitchen 2. Staff wearing masks as chin guards and neck warmers 3. Staff wearing visors as hats 4. No clear evidence of sanitisation 5. Takes so long with orders, that people gather in crowds in a small space right at the entrance of the centre

General: 1. Inconsistent food quality 2. Poor customer service 3. "Promising" to get back to you regarding a query, complaint or suggestion - not getting back to you at all.

Roman's Neelsie: My COMPLAINT is that you are not complying to the COVID-19 Regulations laid out by the National Disaster's Act. I am very unsatisfied with how staff treats clients in general.

My QUERY is to do with your preparation time: be it busy or quiet, why should anyone wait 45 minutes to get one small pizza?

My SUGGESTION would be to shut the place down, but in stead I would urge Head Management of Roman's Pizza SA to consider new management.

The only reason I give one star, is because the coffee bar is not too shabby.
