Missing ingredients
A few weeks ago I ordered a tangy Russian pizza from Romans Clearwater. When my order was delivered to my home is was missing the caramelized onions. After a few days the manager got hold of me with a pathetic solution which didn’t make sense. I decided to let it go because it had only happened once. Yesterday against my better judgement I ordered from the same Romans and again when my order was delivered to me , and my pizza never had caramelized onions on it. This may sound like a petty complaint but how many times are they going to get it wrong and for how long with the owner / manager not do anything about it. If I pay for something I expect to get what I ordered !
