Missing ingredient and bad service

After a week of craving a Roman's salad, most importantly the crutons that go on the salad. I made my way down to Glen Marais Roman's pizza where I specifically confirmed the crutons will be on the salad. Only to find after almost half an hour of waiting for the salad, and the drive back to work where I took the salad out the packet to discover no crutons anywhere in the salad.. Very angry and very disappointed!!
