Misleading adverti*****t

Went to buy pizza at Romans Pizza, they advertised 2 Large Pizza"s for 129,90. Highligted on adverti*****t it was printed that they deliver from monday to friday till 4 pm. So I ordered two large pizza's and get to pay R176,80. then asked cashier why not R129,90, he said only valid till 4 pm. which the adverti*****t stated that delivery is only till 4 pm. He got the manager and he said the same. which I felt was false advertising. Then I spoke telephonic ally to shop owner that said that a lot of people are complaining about it, and he said he will go into it with the franchise group.

I felt that they knew it was false advertising, but did not remove adverti*****t or planned to remove it at all. Also misleading because most people work till 5 pm, so what is the benefit of this deal if it is only till 4 pm?
