mass produced confusion
<p>Last night I felt like pizza, but Portalia (where I usually buy) was closed. So off to Romans I go. Walk in, place my order & sit down paying close attention to the numbers being called (I'm 215). They call 211, 212 & then 217. Eventually reaching 230 & serving people who walked in way after me, I ask the guy behind the counter where my pizza is. He looks behind him on the grid & there it is. No one bothered to call the number. So needless to say, I got home with cold pizza. Next time Portalia is closed, I'm going to just shelve the idea till they open again as you cannot compare the quality with the junk you get at Romans. And I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes at Portalia. Never again Romans, never again</p>
Portalia is more expensive, but the quality is miles apart from Romans. The base tastes very different and not like old stale bread. The toppings are actually fresh & not rubbery tasteless nonsense dribbled over oily cheese. And they've NEVER taken longer than 15 minutes with my order, so I get home with something that is fresh & hot
