Loyal customer of more then 3 years treated badly

I'm very disappointed I've always order from the Newton Park Port Elizabeth branch and this is the first time you guys disappointed me i ordered for delivery its now a whole hour stll no word no update noting very disappointed you guys lost a customer of more then 3, years
