Loss of business due to \EMPLOYEES""""

I entered Romans on Thursday 25/06/2015 at 20:45 to place my order with no indication or sign stating that they are closed, i went up to the till operator/clerk and could see that she was visibly not in a good mood.<br> <br> After i greeted her in a friendly manner i told her what i would like to order and she then told me that the store was closed, i asked her if she was serious and two other employees in the back also said they are closed.<br> <br> During this time 2 more customers came into the store, i then asked what the time was and what time do you close and the lady at the till told me the store time was 20:51 and they closed at 20:30 which conflicts with the standard operating hours closing time (21:00), (According to the CPA act this is false advertising).<br> <br> When the other customers started asking questions and complaining she then said that she will speak to the Manager at this point i was fed up with the rude and unfriendly attitudes from her and the other employees and left the store<br> <br> I then went to a nearby Roadhouse for my pizza where the staff stand outside in the cold instead of a warm store and still got service with a smile.<br> <br> I will NOT go back to Romans Mall@Carnival.
