Lack of service

We called Romans Pizza Palm centre Polokwane at 19:25 in order for us to send my Dad to collect the pizza. Over the phone we were informed that orders over the phone are not being taken at this time and we were also informed that if we get to Romans at before 8 (their closing time) we will be assisted. Our dad called us and we were told that Romans is not assisting him after we were told over the phone to go all the way there for them to take our order.
