K****tso the Romans ambassador who laughs at clients.

I ordered pizza just now at Southgate mall. Despite knowing that there was loadshedding coming and they have no back up they continued to take my order and let me sit waiting for up to an hour, they then told me only when I asked, ukuthi they will refund me.. when I requested my refund to be sent back to my card the cashier K****tso laughed at me with the rest of the colleagues.. I asked the manager, Martin if the staff is trained to laugh at customer requests. Well long story short , poor manager ended up transferring it from his own bank account.. it's very disrespectful, I will never even look at Romans again... imagine having to explain to kids who've been waiting for an hour that food isn't coming and then get laughed at by a cashier.. disgusting
