Just being ignored

We often order from Romans and they are usually fine but with our last order, something went wrong. Firstly, we asked for 7Up Free and received Mountain Dew, which we do not like. Secondly, we asked for a chilli base on the Bacon Supreme pizza, but we received one with a BBQ base, which we also do not like. It seemed like there was no base covering on the Chicken pizza as the base was very dry. What upsets me more than the mistakes with the food and cooldrink, is the fact that I've sent 3 emails without any response.
