IS ROMANS PIZZA JABULANI ON A NEW ****???

I don't know what is going on with Romans online order. After I have paid for the order and the money went out of my account I received a SMS stating that my order was not accepted the store(jabulani mall) will call me the store doesn't call me I have to be the one that calls then then they tell me the order was automatically cancelled they not sure when will I get my refund but the manager keeps insisting I order again and pay maybe my refund will come tomorrow as for him m there is nothing he can do coz even if he can call head office they won't be able to assist with the refund. Is Romans online order on the way for a new **** why does the manager insist that I pay again what if I order again and same thing happens that means I money would disappear twice. I no longer trust Romans pizza I have never came across such ever since I started buying online m so disappointed he is not even offering that I come to the store so he can compliment for their wrong doing. It's not as if it's my technical problem it's their store that takes money and rejects orders after debiting clients account.
