Is like they were serving an old pizza

I bought 2 large pizza at pretoria Arcadia, it was awful, is like they just warm it in a microwave. The pepperoni was very too hard or dry yoohhh... The cutting was very bad, i wish if we can upload pictures, people would see what i am trying to say.
