Invisible customer

Deeply disappointed in the Romans in Brandwag Bloemfontein, I dont mind if you have to count coins into your register but if you chit chat with a fellow casher and not attend to your customers and rather fidget with your phone than thats poor customer service. The cashers basically looked at us in our face and not even once thought to themselves to say that 'they will be with us in a moment' we stood there waiting like we never existed.
