Incorrect Pizza Delivered

My daughter ordered last night two large pizzas via your app last night. We had ordered Hot one and Beef & Cheese. We realised after the s****** driver had left after opening the boxes we realised that the wrong pizzas were delivered of which one was Hawaiian and the other I don't know what it is called. When calling the driver back the call couldn't go through to alert him of mistake. Regardless to say we were dissapointed and had to eat them as it was 8H23 pm when they delivered and couldn't go to Jabulani Mall Romans that time hence we ordered and needed a delivery as it was late and we don't have a vehicle. We don't like pineapples in the house and had to take them off the pizza. I am very dissapointed either at Uber Eats or Romans Pizza as I don't know between the who was at fault and who to blame for this. ...The s****** name driver's name was Mngandu Denis. Needless to say I need to be compensated for this mistaks and have no doubt that my order was delivered to another customer.
