Incorrect Order & Over Charge

My aunt requested the R99 any 2 large pizzas with one topping at Industria Romans Pizza. When her order arrived she ended up paying R170 as Nicolene did not take her order correctly and clearly didn't place the correct order and management didn't step in to correct this according to my aunt. The only reason she bought this pizza was because my gran who is a pensioner enjoys a pizza seldomly and asked for this. R70 extra to pay is allot for a pensioner. I am disgusted at this Romans level of service,empathy and will not recommend them nor support them.
