Inconsiderate Roman's Pizza

I ordered pizza at Roman's Soshanguve Crossing at 5pm, it was delivered at the wrong place and now the manager is rude about everything telling me it's not his fault. They only let me 3 hours later that it eas delivered at the wrong place.
