I'm a Pizza Perfect patron who was in the vicinity of a Romans Pizza today & felt like a pizza. First person at the counter gave me the feeling that I wasn't welcome there when I asked her if theres something similar to a four seasons pizza (everyone knows it's a basic ham, mushroom, pepper and olive pizza). She refused to help me, just saying no. Then the guy next to her said that he could help me. When I told him what I wanted he said there won't be a problem. The closest pizza they had was a Quattro however I didn't want the anchovy. I asked if I could swap the anchovy for peppers - a cheaper ingredient to anchovy at the same price - I was told no, to choose the same priced ingredient. So I decided on the piquant pepper instead. Thats when this guy told me that I now have to pay for the ingredient plus the anchovy I wasn't taking. Really Romans? It's so disappointing that customers have to even complain about such stupid things. As a Greek who grew up in a similar business our parents would be so disgusted that customers get treated this way. Get back to basics & treat customers the way they should be treated. Don't bother responding, im not interested in your generic response.
