today at work we decided to order pizza for lunch. as a standard we only get a one hour lunch break. so we decided to call the Bank City Romans and order for pick up.

the lady tells us that it will take 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. once time is up we went down to fetch the pizza. we paid and the lady told us that the pizza isn't ready. so we assumed it would take another 10 minutes or so and we were find with that. 40 minutes passed and our order number was not being called.

i then went to the lady at the till and asked her to please check on the order. to my surprise... the lady says that our order was ready a long time ago and had been in the waiting area.

i was so angry because this lady literally told me 40 minutes ago that the pizza was not yet ready. we told them to warm the pizza and give it to us. this now took another 15 minutes. we were very upset as we needed to rush our food. the store manager didn't care. he didn't even sincerely apologise or try to make our experience better. he didn't even take accountability for the bad service.

very disappointed. i don't think i would want to go back to the bank city branch ever again
