I ordered Pizza on Saturday the 31 October 2015 and I requested for extra olives and extra Feta, so I asked a friend to collect my order and when he got home, there was no extra's on my pizza and I was charged for it, when I called Romans, they ask that I bring it in and they will add it, I was not going to drive 5km to for the extras to be added on, my fuel will cost more, then I get a bad attitude when I asked why don't you bring it to me, this is the 4th time this has happened and I always get promised that the manager will call me back, and I am still waiting...
