*********** Management at Roman's pizza with No Solution... Yet!

I am extremely upset with Roman's Pizza Sunridge Port Elizabeth because today I ordered 3 Pizza Pies and for some reason, I got 2 Pizza Pies and a Beef Bolognais. Upon calling the store to complain, I found that the Manager was the lady that incorrectly did my order. She confirmed my order 3 times and after telling her 3 times that I don't want the Bolognais and wanted a Beef pie, she still got the order wrong. What makes me mad is this is the 2nd time in a row that they have messed up the order and for it to be the manager makes it a million times worse as that easily explains the ****py service I've received today and previously. The name of the manager is Asanda Matsha who seems to think apologizing and doing the same thing again is the way to deal with client complaints. Returning the food was apparently not an option either so I'm really angry right now as no resolution has been found. I'd also love to know how this person managed to get a Manager Position when she is clearly not competent to do it. I hope that complaining here actually means something as complaining at a branch means nothing. Please note that she admitted her faults and said she didn't understand what I was asking for. Again I say, I told her 3 times that the order is wrong and still she didn't understand.
