I just experienced the most horrible service from UBER EATS AND ROMANS PIZZA in Northriding. I ordered my food via Uber Eats and only to be called 2 hours later by the restaurant to tell me that there is a driver who collected my food and that I should complain to Uber Eats which was rather ironic cause they couldn't get hold of Uber because the offices closed at 9pm. Eventually there was a driver who arrived with my food but the restaurant called him to tell him to bring back the food cause it was not my order, yet the driver showed me my order number and the details he has on his phone and they were the same as mine and matched my order. When I called the restaurant I was told that the reason why my order was mistakenly taken by another driver was because they are busy, ***. I didn't get my food and will be escalating this matter until ROMANS PIZZA trains their staff on how to distribute food through ehailing services. SUPER ANNOYED
