Incompetence at its peak @ romans chatsworth!

Most pathetic service received from the chatsworth branch. I called to place an order and asked specifically for the chicken range and said we donot want beef, one of the options was a chicken and mayo macon pizza which we chose along with the peri peri pizza. When we brought the pizza home we then realized that they have given us BEEF macon which we donot eat as we are hindus. We asked if they could change the pizza as we cannot eat it and the owner insisted that they donot do deliveries and we need to go back to the store to collect the pizza which is unacceptable as it was their mistake. This is a very disturbing matter and the owner Mohammed was just rude about the whole situation and in my opinion the most *********** when dealing with customers. I will definitely be taking this matter further.
