I'm am so disappointed and angry at the restaurant staff and service,I can't even understand how even now their driver is still saying on his was on their app
Ordered Pizza at 18H00 and it was late by 2 hours,called and the Manager promised to call back and give me a extra Pizza,he never called back and 4 hours later it's now 21:44 and their drive app is still saying he on his way.R302 is taken from my account and it's almost 10 in the evening 5 hours late for my delivery.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

25 Mar 2026, 21:50Roman's Pizza Ruimsig kept me waiting for food till 10 at night and still haven't received food since I ordered at 6 and the money is off my account,Manager on duty and staff never called back as promised and the food is still on its way 5 to 6 hours later
