If I could give zero stars

Romans Pizza Wilrogate will just never change. The service is going from bad to even worse. You phone in a order @ 17h36 to be told that it would take 15min. I paid @ 17h51 with no food ready or in the line. Enquiring about my order I am told that it is coming. I receive the order but one salad is missing. Front counter is having a fight with kitchen about the second salad infront of everyone. I wait another 10mins for the second salad. I have to ask how long still. Received my full order @ 18h20. What is the point of phoning ahead to order. Got home with order - open the pizza bought with the salads, not what I have ordered, a MARGHERITA pizza consist of Tomato base, olive oil, origanum & garlic not any mushrooms. I have not asked for any pizza with mushrooms - we are allergic to mushrooms. Why would I order mushrooms.

This is the pizza place with absolute no concern, idea or wory for customer service at all.

This was now the very last time that we have ordered from them.

Poor poor poor service and most pathetic
