Ice cold pizza

We placed an order telephonically for pick up, Order 152 (inv 547079. When I arrived, my order was not ready and the lady asked me if I can wait, I said I am going to PnP, will come back, she was extremely friendly. When I came back, the numbers for the orders were called. Because we ordered telephonically I did not have a number only my name. So I stepped forward to collect my order< Gladys the lady behind the till asked me for my nr and I explained I only have my name. She then told me to wait, I was in a hurry, that's the reason for ordering telephonically, I demanded on her immediate service, she ignored me and after 3 - 4 customers that she assisted she only attended to me. I think this was very rude and her attitude said it all. We order Pizza regularly at Dorandia, this is the1st I get this treatment and it is unacceptable. I will rather go somewhere else where the treatment is better and you get service with a smile. When I eventually got my pizza, it was icecold!
