I will never buy Romans Pizza again in Krugersdorp!!

I have ordered pizza for me and my family on Friday night 15 May at 19:15 where I got confirmation that my order has been accepted and that I can expect delivery after 30 min. After 1 hour I still haven't received anything so I tried to call them and no one answered, I finally got hold of the manager and she told me that they can't deliver due to the new rules and regulations and I said it is fine and she said that she will immediately arrange for a refund to be done. Saturday 16 May I asked her if they managed to do the refund and she said yes and that it would reflect in my account. Monday 18 May I have contacted her again to find out about the refund and she said that they did do the refund so I told her that the money isn't reflecting in my account. Today is the 19th of May and I still haven't received anything, can someone please help me as I will never buy from Romans Pizza again and will warn people about the bad service you received from them
