I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Absolute disgusting service, placed and order on the 25/04/2024 @17:33, its 26/04/2024 and i still do not have my order.

I waited outside for the driver, and no one pitched. I called the store and was told delivery of pizza takes 45 - 60mins. after 30 mins i call again to be told the driver was there but you didnt answer your phone, when i checked my phone there was no call cherry on top she even told me that her manager has tried calling me and there was no call from the store at all either.

After multiple calls, I was told to come fetch my cold pizza because the driver does not want to driver out again because he needs to be paid for every delivery. I logged a complaint and the person I spoke to has the worst attitude. Ive paid for good i never received, ive been given multiple stories. I honestly do not want your food i just want my money, I will not be using your service anymore. I do not recommend, they fine until you have a problem and theres absolutely no one willing to assist. The stores staff literally tell you theres nothing they can do its not here problem.

you guys can so quickly take our money but when a complaint is logged there is absolutely no urgency in assisting you, no empathy towards you at all.

Its shocking that your have a customer service manager, after all the reviews im sure no one got help.
