I'm Dissappointed in your Staff Member

I called for a order for collection at your Grahamstown Branch and this lady answered the phone. I asked her the prices for several pizza and she gladly toldme the prices..but what is dissappointing me is the fact that I wasted my R70.50 on 3 VERY VERY SMALL PIZZAS and this woman never told me ANYTHING about the R99 SPECIAL FOR 2 LARGE PIZZAS....only when I got in the shop your other employee Eldin asked me why didn't I buy the special? I told him that I NEVER KNEW ABOUT IT...so Before paying for the small pizzas I asked this woman to change the order to the same pizzas but the large R99 special...? She quickly wanted to take the money in order to secure me paying for the pizzas...I asked her to change it SHE WOULDNT so I asked to see her manager she said no I cant because the order was finished already. I was really upset so I just paid the SMALL pizzas and left the store unhappy. I could have gotten more pizza from the special or even some place else IF THIS WOMAN HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE SPECIAL IN THE 2MINUTE 57 SECONDS CALL WE HAD...I WOULDNT HAVE FELT THAT I WASTED MY MONEY! Nexttime Ill just go to another fast food in order to get value for my money...<br> <br> She shud hav told me!
