Huge Disappointment

We decided to order online with Romans Pizza, from the Parkview branch for the first time, instead of using Uber or Mr Delivery. What a bladdy disaster and huge disappointment! Make no mistake, we LOVE Romans pizza, but that evening, their pizza's was a big let down! Firstly, there is NO way for you to track you order, we had to call about 5 or 6 times to find out where our order is. Every time they say 15 more min. In the end, after a lot of angry phone calls, we finally received our pizza's, 3 hours later!!! Squashed! They weren't even round anymore. Ice cold, and all the cheese stuck to the lids of the boxes. Very disappointed, to say the least!
