Horrific Service at Roman’s Pizza Willow Crossing

Just had the worst experience at Romans Pizza Willow Crossing. I called to place an order to collect and I had to wait 45 minutes till i asked was happening with my order. The were two manager’s male and female non of them were there interested in what I had to say. I didn’t even get an apology from either of the managers. I asked for a refund and placed an order at Romans Pizza Silverlakes. I didn’t even spend 10 minutes in their store. Romans Pizza Willow Crossing is badly managed and have the worst staff and managers.
