Horrible Service from Romans mall @R55

Good day I would like to share my dissatisfaction and very disappointing service received from Romans Pizza Mall@R55 on Saturday 28 May 2023. I placed an order on Uber eats as per norm to Romans Pizza and clearly jotted down, to my dismay my Oder gets delivered totally different from what I had ordered and the notes/instruction jotted down thereof. I then take the liberty to call the Romans Kall @R55 store to address the issue. A lady who answered the call was very quick to make me hold on the call while she is directing me to her manager by the name Alpheus. Before Alpheus comes to the call, I can hear him asking this lady whether I am a black or white client. The lady then responds to him saying that I am a black client. He was very quick to come to call and tell me that unfortunately there is nothing that the store can do to assist me with the mishap in the Oder delivered as the changes in my order where R6 short hence they gave the Uber what they decided to give him. He then went on to say if I am not happy with my food, I should take it up with Uber Eats and from this point it is not their problem anymore. I even offered to come to the store to return the wrong order in exchange for the right one, however Apheous made it clear that he will not allow that as the store will be taking the loss for this wrong order and confirmed that he cannot help me going further so I should accept the delivered order and move on. I did clearly inform him that I will be taking this issue further to hello Peter, social media platforms and so forth and or did not seem to bother him at all.

I am not sure if Alpheous at Romans mall @R55 is terrible at client services or Romans Pizza as a whole does not instil the importance of putting customers first.
