Horrible Service
<p>Hi,</p> <p>I ordered 4 pizzas over the phone, got to the shop pay and received a receipt. #149 waited standing there for an hour until i heared the cashier calling #153. I then went and enquire about my order, the lady immediately apologise and called the manager who also apologised but i was not told the reason why my order was delayed. Finally i received my order just after they called #160 by 18:58.</p> <p>I could not enjoy the pizza as i was very angry even though i never lashed out at anyone. This has to stop i always buy pizza at Norkem, the service needs to be improve. </p>
