Horrible Romans Hartbee****rt

Romans Pizza Hartbee****rt is horrible. Once I bought pizza and the doug was undercooked. Tonight as I am sitting in my car and waiting for my pizza it has been more than an hour since I ordered online. When I arrived they said they ran low in dough, then why are you still accepting orders. I have a 7 month old baby and I need to attend to her needs but now I have to wait for a pizza that I order onlie, what is the purpose of ordering online if I have to wait an hour!? I do not want an apology I am sick and tiered of going to place in SA and the service are up to ****. I am not one to complain but really. I tried to cancle my order now and they told me my pizza is in the oven, ***????? It has been another 20 min so that was a lie. I wil keep ons posting revies on all their social media!
