Horrible pizza condition

Received an order from them yesterday, with the pizza horribly delivered , the toppings were all over the place some bases didn’t even have toppings it was turned and almost falling out the box . It literally looked like it folded into half . And it wasn’t just one it was BOTH peters .

Although I messaged them with the complaint, their are shifting the blame to Mr Delivery and not taking responsibility whatsoever…my thing is even if it was mr delivery guy ?? For it to look that bad??? Then that s****** must’ve toppled over
