Horrible non reliable Romans Pizza Pretoria Gardens

Romans Pizza Pretoria Gardens Van Der Hoff. Placing order, waiting for delivery, 1 hour 15 min pass, I phone back cashier says the order just left the store, after 20 minutes I phone back again to get drivers cell number, the cashier says the order never left the store and is still with them. I cancelled the order there and got in the car racing to KFC for supper before evening meeting starts. Every now and again, I think I will give Romans a chance and sure as you know they mess that order delivery up so badly. The reason we want to order from them is suppose to be for convenience but it becomes such a battle and drains your energy, leaving you withou emergency dinner and causing the stress of going somewhere else. I will stay away from Romans for a long time now, they only cause stress in my life. I wish some one at this Romans can just get some control and start implementing a system that works and makes them.a.reliable emergency backup plan.
