Horrible Management

<p>i went to Romans Pizza in industria Johannesburg i orderd 4 pizza's friday 14/07/2017</p> <p>Regina, pepperoni deluxe, BBQ Chicken and Triple cheese. after paying they didnt have change i ddnt mind to wait. the shop was super full -+ 12 to 15 customers and only one cashier infront handling the phone orders working on the Q and giving out orders that is already prepared. there was 4 but the other four ran away because of ppl keep asking how long so there was just one cashier there was a wrong order and the manager doesnt even seem like he knows what to do rather asking the cashier for help. </p> <p>after waiting for my order an hour i took it went home . after my familiy started eating i notice that my order was wrong and that i didnt get my BBQ chicken they gave me some other pizza with viennas or russians on it to top it off half of the pizza wasn't cut ... i went back to them and they asked me for a slip but the cashier took my slip after giving me my pizzas they said that its stilll a new shop i understand but business is business they then called another guy iam not shure who he was but wasnt having the uniform on he said that they will call me back two days later which is sunday guess what they never called i went back and spoke to assistant manager David he said that they very busy and never got a chance its sunday 4 in afternoon and only one customer in shop he promissed to call may i add its monday now and no Romans industria the management is useless and honestly i will never go back there again.</p> <p> </p> <p>my order number was 228 and 217</p>
