Horrible customer service/no urgency.

<p>I am highly disappointed with the service recieved at Romans Pizza Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I called to order the pizza that was on special at 18:10pm the first person that picked up the call told me that my order will be ready in 20 - 25min, which i was happy with , just before i got to the mall i called again (Spoke to Charlotte@18:36pm) to try and place another order i was told that it would take 30min for the 2nd order to be ready and the first order was ready for collection , i then decided to cancel the 2nd order and informed them il be collecting the first order in a few minites, when i got to the outlet it was very packed of people buying(understandable) i got to the call and order lane to my suprise i was told that my order was not ready i then politely that a lady by the name of Charlotte told me it was ready. the co-worker asked her infront of me why would you say to the customer the order is ready when it not. fine i then asked them after how long will the pizza be ready i was told just not i told the other worker that i will wait another 10mins , i waited almost 30 mins before asking if it was ready because i understood and saw how pack it was. after waiting for an hour i then lost my cool and asked how long will the pizza be ready i was told the people at the back are busy with it and it will be done in 5mins(charlotte **** again) customer started complaining some complained about waiting for their food for more than an hour. after a while i asked them what is the purpose of me wasting my airtime to order then get to the outlet to wait for the order it made no sence to me. i then had to live the outlet without the pizza because i was getting more frustrated went home took another taxi to home which is R9 got home cooled off, took another taxi to the mall(R9) luckly enough the pizza was ready then , that was just before 8pm took a taxi back home another R9. this was the worse customer service in my whole entire life, the people who work there have not sense of urgency if they are short staffed they should hire more workers we can not be waiting for orders for an hour.. worse i called meaning i waited almost two hours for pizza?? the manager did not even bother helping his or staff he or she knows nothing about being a manager or rather a leader on busy days a manager goes out there and does the dirty job with his or her staff... it so sad that the service in the location outlets differ so much from the town or burbs... Highly annoyed and terrified by the service.(Why say we can call to order then just walk in the store to pay and collect if we still have to wait for our orders??????????????????????)</p>
