Horrible Customer Service Ghandi Roman's

Took my daughter for a pizza at Romans pizza ,I get there the teller is taking an order I wait patiently for her to finish her call.She finishes her order walks away and comes back she comes back no greeting no word takes another call after I been waiting at the front. A gentle man by the name of Tshepo comes up I ask for the manager he says his not around but his a supervisor I explained to him about what happened, told him this time I'm taking it further because it's not the first time this happens suddenly the story changed.The manager was now available, he calls a David Mohammed who seems not to have any idea where he is, nevertheless he apologized. They seemed to find it funny because there was giggling.I work too hard for my money and I just took my money to Debonairs at least my money will be valued there.I have been a loyal customer with Romans for a long time but today you definitely lost my support.
