My order took more than an hour to be delivered, I called more than twice to follow up regarding my order and was assured to be called back but no callback was received up until I had to call again. When my order arrived it was cold (we all know that once you microwave the pizza , the quality will definitely not be the same nor will it taste as expected).. The pizza itself was awful - it had a lot of fat (tasted like we having fat cakes) and the toppings were clay like..... This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever received from Romans’ Pizza Redruth.
