holding for 10 minutes to place an order
I am so ****ed. the last time I called to place an order my call was answered immediately. now I had to wait for 10 minutes listening to a machine telling me she knows I'm hungry and will be helped soon. I had to hang up twice already coz I held on for too long 3 phone calls later of 10 minutes each I'm still not helped. this is not right. I'm so disappointed and irritated
