Hazardous Pizzas, possible salmonella and vibrio vulnificus

When I got there I was told the refrigerators weren't working therefore I cannot add any cooldrink to my order, no biggy. Got home to find that my shrimp on the seafood pizza was raw and slimy when we had a nice big bite. This is a health hazard to say the least, just going to the trash and will never visit this place again. Now considering refrigerators are stuffed along with undercooked shrimp, salmonella and vibrio vulnificus is a huge risk!

Be sure to have your lawyers ready if we get sick from your "food".

Hello Romans Customer Services (or so I assume) I find it disheartening that your best attempt to resolve this matter is just to try only once to phone during business hours where I have countless meetings, then revert back to hello peter to reply to me what seems like a very generic response copied and pasted. I feel that if you wanted to resolve this matter since it's not just a burned pizaa, but a serious health risk, that you would have made a better attempt in resolving this matter. If you fail to make contact with me, then try again. If I do not receive a phonecall from you I will continue and share this on social media as well, in the likes of twitter (15K followers) with the images I took, along with instagram (3K followers) and then Facebook. Furthermore, try and add your name to your signature, so that I know whom I am dealing with. Regards Shaun

After speaking to the owner of the specific Romans, I was assured the matter woukd be investigated and he will get back to me. Tried to make contact yesterday but was ignored. Moral of the story? They serve hazardous pizza's and they do not gice a damn to resolve the matter.
