Hate the service as it is beyond poor

I hate Romans pizza at Mayfield square time 20h16 : I've been waiting for my order for 1h30min and the manager didn't show up. Kindly change the those people, they can't meet the company SLA's. I am mad and I will follow up if I don't get a respond.
