Half portions now?

Another delivery tonight containing half portions of salads. Order 55. Lynnwood branch.

Same thing happened some time ago and despite paying for delivery, the Manager requested we come to the store to sort out. How unprofessional. We paid for delivery. If the order is wrong, the store must make a plan, not the customer.

So, same story tonight. Didn't even phone the store. Will just be going there but this will be the last. Expecting a full refund of the order plus delivery fee.
