GREAT management

After submitting a minor complaint, the owner/manager of Parkland's Romans Pizza responded quickly and explained how my issue could be circumvented. I was blown away by the speed with which the issue was addressed and the down-to-earth, practical response from management... what a delight to deal with a company who consistently delivers a good product AND responds to cranky customers quickly.
